Sorbent Pad Manufacturing Process
Preparation of raw materials: Select high quality polyethylene (PE) granules as the main raw materials.
Base cloth preparation: Brown both sides of the base cloth by corona treatment equipment, and make rolls of brown base cloth for spare parts.
Coating polyurethane adhesive: Coating polyurethane adhesive on the top surface of the roughened base cloth by knife coating method, and then pasting the porous polyurethane adsorption film on the top surface of the polyurethane adhesive coated base cloth.
Curing: The pasted basecloth is placed in a sectional air-heated dryer for sectional curing, cooled to room temperature, and then covered with a protective film using a laminator on top of the porous polyurethane adsorption film to produce the basemat.
Aging: The base mat is placed in the aging room for 20-30 hours to obtain the mat.
Paste double sided adhesive and release paper: Paste double-sided adhesive on the side of the mat away from the protective film, and paste release paper on the outside of the double-sided adhesive, then roll up to obtain the adsorbent mat roll.
Cutting: Cut the desiccant rolls according to the specifications, then we can get the desiccant pads for the production of electronic display panels.
