Spunlaced Non-woven Fabric
Leave a message
Spunlaced non-woven fabric is a high-pressure micro water jet to a layer or multilayer fiber net so that the fibers intertwine with each other so that the fiber network can be strengthened and has a certain strength, the obtained fabric is a spunlaced non-woven fabric. Its fiber raw materials from a wide range of sources can be polyester, nylon, polypropylene, viscose fiber, chitin fiber, microfiber, Tencel, silk, bamboo fiber, wood pulp fiber, seaweed fiber, and so on.
Main raw materials:
(1) Natural fiber: cotton, wool, flax, silk;
(2) conventional fiber: viscose fiber, polyester fiber, acetate fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyamide fiber;
(3) Differential fiber: microfiber, special-shaped fiber, low melting point fiber, high crimp fiber, antistatic fiber;
(4) High-function fiber: aromatic polyamide fiber, carbon fiber, metal fiber.
Theories of Material Processing:
The principle of the SPunlace method is similar to that of the needling technique, but instead of needling, a multi-strand micro-water jet produced by HIGH pressure is used to strengthen the fiber net. After the water jet passes through the fiber network, it is entrusted to hold the rebound of the mesh curtain and intersperse the fiber network again. Therefore, under the hydraulic action of high-speed water jet interspersed in different directions, the fibers in the fiber network produce displacement, intersperse, tangle and lock, so that the fiber network is strengthened
Main feature:
1. Flexible tangle, does not affect the original characteristics of the fiber and does not damage the fiber
2. The appearance is closer to traditional textiles than other nonwoven materials
3. High strength, low hairiness
4. High hygroscopicity, fast hygroscopicity
5. Good air permeability
6. Soft and draping

7. Varied appearance
8. Without adhesive reinforcement, washable
9. Long production process and large floor area
10. Complex equipment and high water quality requirements
11. High energy consumption of springer
